  • Performance Tracking

    Track your performance your maximal results in the weight room. Sometimes it’s difficult to remember exactly what you did on a particular day. Through TrainHeroic, I will provide you with an ideal tracking system for each of your workouts so that it becomes so easy fun you won’t see it as a chore like other programs.

  • Weekly Training Split

    Prescribing certain exercises based on intended outcomes requires years of research & application. My custom training plans are carefully compiled so that you are getting the most out of every single exercise, every single rep, & every single workout.

  • Nutritional Oversight

    Not all of us have strict meal plans & most of us don’t need to them. As a trainer, I am obliged to offer nutritional recommendations that reflect an athlete’s goals. These recommendations take into account caloric & macronutrient intake as they relate to performance needs.

  • Direct Contact with Coach

    Selecting a training plan without accessibility from your coach is just a workout program. You will have direct access to me 1-2 times each & every week via progress check-ins. If you have any questions about training or nutrition, we will get the answers to you quicker than a blink.

FAQs

Do I need experience to start training?

Nope. It’s never too late to start. Having previous experience does help me as a coach, but no matter where you start, I’ll do everything I can to help you reach your goals.

How many sessions will i need to commit to

First session is on me! For all succeeding sessions, it’s highly recommended that you look into the different packages for in-person training as they will be discounted with the more sessions you buy.

What are MY options for payment?

After our introductory session, all future sessions will be billed through PayPal.

What If I have Questions About My training? Can I reach OUt?
